Huber Scoop — Return & Warranty Policy

Every Huber Scoop chair is built to your specifications; that means your fabric, your stain, your size. This means we can't restock returns. Please choose carefully.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on custom-built furniture outside this window.

Lifetime Frame & Foam Warranty

We warranty the structural integrity of the frame and foam for the lifetime of the chair. If your frame or foam fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Two-way shipping and handling fees to our nearest certified upholstery shop applies to warranty service.

Fabric

Fabric is not covered under warranty. We can't be responsible for cats, spills, sun damage, or normal wear. If in so many years you find yourself in need of a reupholster, we're happy to quote you — contact us!
